During this past year, our challenge was low employer brand awareness. To address this, we developed a comprehensive strategy to craft and communicate a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective candidates across various touchpoints.
Key deliverables included the development of the EVP itself, the creation of an EVP video, and a professional employer brand photoshoot. We also shared employees’ stories, refreshed our careers website, and launched an extensive employer brand campaign.
Additionally, we implemented a targeted social media strategy and introduced a dedicated Employer Brand section on the OneGIC intranet. These initiatives have been pivotal in enhancing our visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
