What You’ll Do
Market Operations
We collaborate closely with investment teams and the technology group to enable scalable and agile front-mid-back operations support for investments across a global portfolio. We manage a diverse array of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities, in both cash and derivative format. The team’s responsibilities span across securities operations, derivative operations, corporate action, collateral operations, custody operations and network management. We are committed to enhancing capabilities through robust governance and controls, as well as digitised processes and platforms, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with market standards.
Investment & Deal Execution
Our global team brings together diverse expertise in transaction management, deal finance, investment and trade compliance, regulatory solutions, and process specialists on a unified platform. We partner closely with investment groups across asset classes and regions, alongside Finance, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Technology, to deliver consistent, scalable, and commercially impactful execution capabilities. With strong business acumen and disciplined governance, we ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and a robust line of defense for the business. We do this while continuously optimising processes, building front-mid-back operational scale and agility, and advancing digital and platform capabilities to shape the future of the investment and deal execution ecosystem that empowers investment professionals to execute with confidence and purpose.
Portfolio Investment Finance
We provide comprehensive deal advisory, finance support, and treasury solutions across asset classes, ensuring every investment is rigorously evaluated and executed with financial discipline. The portfolio and asset controllership capabilities encompass financial due diligence, oversight of asset-level financial operations, cash flow monitoring, and financial risk management. Complemented by financial analytics, PIF drives strong financial governance, effective financial management of investment entities, and delivers insights that protect and enhance investment performance. The treasury function within PIF manages and optimises cash, mitigates financial risks, and provides tailored treasury solutions to enhance liquidity and optimise yields.
Investment Controllership
We are a team with wide roles and responsibilities, covering governance and operations over the investment life cycle of private market investments, including execution of select pre-deal and post-deal due diligence as well as accounting and reporting. We work collaboratively with different parties to achieve the delivery of comprehensive investment services and also engage with various types of service providers that form the wider ecosystem of Investment Controllership.
Tax
We provide tax support to the GIC group and on investments made by GIC. Our work includes maintaining tax governance policies, performing tax compliance reviews, reviewing tax due diligence and modelling for investments, and performing tax analysis of investment activities, including investment asset holding. Working with best-in-class advisers, we ensure tax-compliant investment structures for new acquisitions and asset restructuring. We are the tax subject matter experts for GIC and manage all tax-related risks for GIC and the investments managed by GIC.
Investment Enterprise Data Solutions
We play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise data capabilities that support investment decision-making across public and private markets. This includes designing and leading strategic data solutions, managing the investment book of record, and developing robust reference data frameworks. We work collaboratively with stakeholders across investment, risk, technology, and other enterprise functions to implement scalable data services and solutions that enable new investment strategies and products. Through strategic partnerships and best practices in data management, you will help build a unified, resilient, and future-ready data ecosystem for the firm.

We are a dynamic digital team that focuses on unlocking the full potential of GIC’s information assets across public and private market investments. Headquartered in Singapore, GIC is one of the three investment entities in Singapore that manage the Government’s reserves, alongside the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Temasek.
