Nurturing Future Female Leaders in Finance

We believe in nurturing and empowering women to make a real impact in finance. Through the GIC INSPIRES – Women Mentorship Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced GICian, gain valuable insights into the world in investing, and the supportive environment GIC provides to help women thrive in a competitive industry.

Who can apply?

Female students graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme from December 2026 – June 2027 aspiring towards an investment career. We welcome students from all academic disciplines, including non-finance and STEM.

Programme Details

  • Introduction to an investment career and GIC
  • Networking opportunities with GIC mentors and leaders
  • 3 x mentorship sessions (March – May)
  • Mentees will have a headstart in applying to the GIC Internship and Professionals Programmes
