What you’ll do
Family Solutions
Working with family offices, family-owned business and founders/entrepreneurs. Bespoke solutions to partners – e.g. acquisition and growth capital, family liquidity need, shareholder restructuring.
Corporate Solutions
Identify and invest with leading Tailored solutions to corporates e.g. M&A financing, subsidiary-level stakes. Aligned and constructive minority investor.
Alternative Partners
Partners not addressed by other teams – e.g. fund- less sponsors, funds focused on a specific niche.
Financing Solutions
Flexible solutions to finance IP/royalty streams, aircraft leasing, US mid-market lending, etc.
Joint Investments
Invest alongside other investment groups to optimize sizing and terms for GICs.
