Our real estate portfolio spans traditional sectors (including office, industrial, multifamily, retail and hospitality) and niche sectors (such as life sciences, data centers, single family rental and self storage). Our in-house investment and asset management teams execute our strategy and generate alpha for our portfolio through selective investments and active asset management.

In-House Capabilities
Our in-house investment and asset management teams craft and execute our strategy to generate income and enhance value in our portfolio. The team works in collaboration with other key groups within the firm, including research, construction/ engineering, finance, legal and tax. Staff work together and share information across offices and regions, providing GIC RE with global insight coupled with local expertise.
Long-term Horizon
Unlike traditional private equity real estate funds, we have no fixed horizon or pressure to exit. We can invest for the long-term, making us a unique investor and ideal partner.
