Through the GIC INSPIRES – Women Mentorship Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced GICian, gain valuable insights into the world in investing, and the supportive environment GIC provides to help women thrive in a competitive industry.
Who can apply?
Female students graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme from December 2027 – July 2028 aspiring towards an investment career. We welcome students from all academic disciplines, including non-finance and STEM.
Programme Details
- Introduction to an investment career and GIC
- Networking opportunities with GIC mentors and leaders
- 3 x mentorship sessions (March – May)
- Mentees gain insights to support their applications to the GIC Internship and Professionals Programmes. All applicants undergo the same rigorous selection process, and hiring is based on merit and identifying the best person for the job.
